Ruby Becker-Wylie Jailhouse Lawyers Initiative

Ruby is the Administrative Intern at the Jailhouse Lawyers Initiative. Currently a senior at The New School, earning her BA/MA in Public and Urban Policy, Ruby is passionate about criminal justice reform and legal empowerment. Growing up in South Philadelphia, she understands the impacts of public policy across cities, neighborhoods, and communities. Working at the JLI has introduced her to the world of advocacy and organization. In her future she hopes to continue organizing, researching, and advocating for issues surrounding criminal justice reform.
